摘 要:采用10kW碟片激光器和电弧复合焊接5mm厚304不锈钢,通过优化实验得出激光-电弧复合焊接的最佳参数,并利用光学显微镜、维氏硬度计和拉伸试验机分析了焊接接头的组织性能和力学性能。结果表明,激光-电弧复合焊接可得到成形良好、无明显缺陷的焊接接头。焊缝组织分布均匀,排列整齐,晶粒细化。拉伸性能:抗拉强度303 MPa,断后伸长率49.5%,屈服强度677 MPa。抗拉强度和断后伸长率较母材略微减小,分别为母材的84.6%和97%,屈服强度有所上升。焊缝硬度值比母材大,最大值为205.41,且硬度变化呈现下降,上升再下降的规律。5 mm thick sheets of stainless steel were welded using a 10 kW disk laser and arc hybrid welding in order to obtain the optimum parameters by optimizing experiments.Microstructure properties and mechanical properties of the welded joint were analyzed by means of optical microstructure,Vickers hardness tester and tensile test machine.The results show that the welded joints with good forming and no obvious defects can be obtained by laser arc hybrid welding.The welding joint has uniform distribution,neat arrangement and refining grain.Tensile properties:tensile strength is 303 MPa,elongation is 49.5%,yield strength is 677 MPa.Tensile strength and elongation were respectively 84.7% and 97% of the base metal.It decreased slightly than that of base metal,while the yield strength increased.The hardness value of welding joint is larger than that of base metal and the maximum value is 205.41,whereas the hardness appeared to be a regular pattern:decreased,increased and then decreased.
