摘　　要：目的:探究Nd:YAG激光辅助治疗慢性龈炎的临床疗效。方法:选取120例慢性龈炎患者,随机分配为两组,实验组进行全口龈上洁治术后用Nd:YAG激光进行处理,对照组仅进行全口龈上洁治术,分别对两组进行术后即刻反应、术后3天、7天恢复情况进行观察。结果:术后即刻反应情况及术后3天恢复情况,两组具有显著性差异;但术后7天恢复情况,两组差异无统计学意义。结论:应用Nd:YAG激光辅助治疗慢性龈炎可有效改善患者术后反应,帮助炎症快速消退,缩短恢复期。Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect of Nd：YAG laser adjuvant therapy for chronic gingivitis.Methods：120 cases were randomly assigned into 2 groups,The experimental group was treated with Nd：YAG laser after supragingival scalling,while the control group were managed only by supragingival scalling.The immediately postoperative reaction,3 days and 7 days postoperative result were compared.Result：The immediate reaction and postoperative recovery of 3 days were significantly different between the two groups.However,the difference was not statistically significant after 7 days.Discussion：Nd：YAG laser adjuvant treatment of chronic gingivitis can effectively improve the postoperative reaction of patients,help the inflammation to fade rapidly and shorten the recovery period.
