摘  要:在不同浓度的Cd(0,2,5,15,30 mg/kg)胁迫下考察一年蓬(Erigeron anuus(L.)Pers)的Cd积累、生物量干质量、叶绿素含量及叶绿素荧光特性.结果显示:在Cd浓度15 mg/kg时,Cd胁迫对一年蓬的生物量干质量和生长高度具有显著的抑制作用(p0.05);随Cd浓度的增加,上述各荧光参数值显著降低(p<0.05).由此可见,一年蓬在Cd胁迫下光合活性虽受到损伤,但仍有较高的光合能力;在Cd浓度2 mg/kg时,地上部富集系数和转移系数达到最大,且地上部与地下部的Cd积累随Cd浓度的增加而显著上升(p<0.05),表明在Cd污染下一年蓬具有较强的Cd富集和转移能力;Cd浓度30 mg/kg胁迫下的一年蓬有较强的光合适应能力,用于修复Cd污染土壤上具有一定的应用潜力.Cd accumulation, biomass dry mass, chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of Erigeron annuus (L.) Pets were studied under different concentrations of Cd (0,2,5,15,30 mg/kg). Results show that growth height and biomass dry mass weight would be inhibited significantly (p〈0.05) at 15 mg/kg Cd concen- tration. When the concentration of Cd reaches 2-5 mg/kg, photochemical efficiency, potential fluorescence, photochemical quenching coefficient, electron transfer rate were not significantly different (p〉0.05). With the increase of Cd concentration, the values of these parameters significantly decreased (p〈0.05). It was found that Erigeron annuus was damaged under Cd stress, but it still had high photosynthetic capacity. When the concentration of Cd was 2 mg/kg, enrichment coefficient and transfer coefficient reached the maximum. The Cd accumulation in the aboveground and underground areas increased significantly with the increase of Cd concentration (p〈0.05). Erigeron annuus show a strong accumulation and transfer ability at Cd polluted area. The results reveal that Erigeron annuus has strong photosynthetic ability under 30 mg/kg Cd stress. It has a potential application in remediation of Cd contaminated soil.
