摘  要:测定了双酚A对城市污水处理厂好氧活性污泥中脲酶、转化酶、脱氢酶3种酶活性的影响.分析了活性污泥在不同浓度双酚A暴露下的污泥酶活性随暴露时间变化情况,结果显示3种酶活性呈现不同的变化规律.脲酶活性呈现先被抑制随后被激活的抗性酶活性现象;转化酶活性均表现为被激活的趋势,但随暴露时间延长,激活效应不断减弱;脱氢酶活性则表现为持续的抑制效应,且随暴露时间延长,抑制效应明显增大.在双酚A胁迫较低浓度和较短暴露时间,转化酶的活性变化幅度大、响应快,可作为污泥酶活性应激响应的敏感指标,用于双酚A胁迫风险的早期预警.The effects of bisphenol A on urease, invertase and dehydrogenase activities in aerobic activated sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plant were measured. With being exposured in a concentration gradient of bisphenol A, the activity of the 3 enzymes showed different regulation by analyzing enzyme activity of the sludge during different exposure periods. Urease activity was inhibited at first, and then activated, which was owing to the phenom- enon of resistance enzyme activity. Invertase activity was always activated, but the change rate of activating effect de- creased with the extension of exposure time. Dehydrogenase activity showed persistent inhibitory effect, and the change rate of inhibiting effect increased significantly with the exposure time prolonged. Invertase exhibited obvious and fast responseunder the stress of bisphenol A at lower concentration and shorter time of exposure, thus, it was recommended as a sensitive indicator to stress effect of bisphenol A on sludge enzyme activity for early warning of biological treatment system.
