自拟紫草如意金黄组方外敷联合氧喷治疗急性放射性皮肤损伤30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟紫草如意金黄组方外敷联合氧喷治疗急性放射性皮肤损伤的临床疗效。方法将120例Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级急性放射性皮肤损伤患者随机分为A,B,C,D 4组,各30例。A组皮肤损伤处给予自拟紫草如意金黄组方外敷治疗,B组给予自拟紫草如意金黄组方外敷联合氧喷治疗,C组给予喜疗妥外敷治疗,D组给予喜疗妥外敷联合氧喷治疗。4组均连续治疗15 d后比较临床疗效、创面愈合时间及生存质量疗效。结果治疗后A,B,C,D组临床疗效总有效率分别为70.0%,93.4%,66.7%,90.0%,B,D组与A,C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后B,D组创面愈合时间明显缩短,B,D组与A,C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后A,B,C,D组生存质量疗效总有效率分别为56.7%,90.0%,53.3%,86.7%,B,D组与A,C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论自拟紫草如意金黄组方外敷联合氧喷能有效缩短急性放射性皮肤损伤患者的创面愈合时间,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of external application of self-prescribed Zicao Ruyi Jinhuang recipe combined with oxygen injection in treating patients with acute radiation injury of skin. Methods120 patients with acute radiation injury of skin（ degree Ⅱ and degree Ⅲ） were randomly divided into group A,group B,group C and group D,30 cases in each group. Group A was treated with external application of s elf-prescribed Zicao Ruyi Jinhuang recipe; group B was given external application of s elf-prescribed Zicao Ruyi Jinhuang recipe combined with oxygen injection; group C was treated with external application of Xiliaotuo（ German,P roduktions Gmb H）; group D was given external application of Xiliaotuo combined with oxygen injection.On 15 thday after successive treatment,clinical efficacy,wound healing time and quality of life were compared and analyzed among 4 groups.Results The total clinical effective rates of group A,B,C,D were 70.0%,93.4%,66.7% and 90.0% respectively,there was a difference between group B,D and group A,C（ P〈0.01）; wound healing time in group B and D were much shorter than that in group A and C,the difference was significant（ P〈0.05）; after treatment,total effective rates of quality life in 4 groups were 56.7%,90.0%,53.3% and 86.7% r espectively,comparison between group B,D and group A,C had a significant difference（ P〈0.01）.Conclusion The combined therapy is effective in shortening the wound healing time for the patients with acute radiation injury of skin and improves the efficacy.It deserves further clinical application.
