摘 要:针对在海洋观测领域得到广泛认可的海鸟SBE3高精度温度传感器进行时间常数测量和测试方法的研究。研发设计了时间常数测量装置来对SBE3温度传感器的动态特性进行测试。开展了1 m/s运动速度下的时间常数测量,不同运动速度和时间常数关系的研究,并且对不同温差梯度和时间常数的关系也进行了实验研究。通过对大量的实验数据进行分析,测试结果显示,SBE3温度传感器在运动速度为1 m/s时时间常数为64.8 ms,与海鸟公司标称值65 ms相比,绝对偏差0.2 ms,相对偏差0.3%。不同运动速度下的时间常数关系与国际公开文献上的研究结论一致。In this paper, we have researched the measurement method of the time constant of SBE3 temperature sensor developed by Sea Bird Electronic Company, which is widely recognized and highly evaluated in the field of ocean observation instruments. The test was done by the Time Constant Instrument which is researched and developed by National Ocean Technology Center. The test results are showed that the time constant of sbe3 temperature sensor in running speed of 1 m/s is 64.8 ms. There are some differences with the nominal value of 65 ms, and the absolute deviation is 0.2 ms, relative deviation about 0.3%. There is none publicly research about the time constant at home and this research will be the first. And the results confirmed the time constant measuring equipment is right applied and the corresponding test method is reasonable.
