摘 要:应用稳定同位素技术检测了在辽宁省兴城市龙运井盐水工厂化养殖的体质量(168.10±12.52)g和(553.40±43.16)g的1、2龄大菱鲆肝脏、肌肉、鳃和几种投喂冰鲜鱼和配合饲料中的碳、氮稳定同位素比值,采用IsoSource线性混合模型分析了鱼饵料的贡献率;还检测了大菱鲆肌肉组织氨基酸含量,用氨基酸评分和化学评分评价了营养价值。研究结果显示,1龄和2龄大菱鲆饵料的δ^(15) N值分别为9.34‰~12.00‰和9.56‰~12.00‰;δ^(13) C值为-21.34‰^-20.37‰和-21.27‰^-19.83‰。1龄和2龄鱼各组织的δ^(15) N值和δ^(13) C值依次为:肌肉>鳃>肝脏。3种饵料对1龄鱼的贡献率依次为:玉筋鱼(42.4%)>方氏云鳚(40.5%)>配合饲料(17.1%);4种饵料对2龄鱼的贡献率依次为:鳀鱼(41.0%)>玉筋鱼(30.6%)>方氏云鳚(17.5%)>配合饲料(10.9%)。氨基酸营养价值评定结果表明,2龄鱼的蛋白营养价值高于1龄鱼。上述研究结果可为工厂化养殖大菱鲆不同生长阶段的饵料投喂策略提供参考。The carbon(δ^13C)and nitrogen(δ^15N) stable isotope ratios in diets including frozen trash fish and pelleted feed and in liver,muscle and gill were determined in one and two-year-old turbot Scophthalmus maximus with body weight of(168.10±12.52)g and(553.40±43.16)g collected from industrial aquaculture using the stable isotope technique to evaluate the dietary contributions using IsoSource linear multiple models.Moreover,in this study the amount of amino acid in the muscle was examined and the nutritional value of one and two-year-old turbot was estimated by amino acid score(AAS)and chemical score(CS).The results showed that the δ^15 N value in one and two-year-old turbot was ranged from 9.34‰ to 12.00‰ and from 9.56‰ to 12.00‰,respectively,while the counterpart in δ^13 C ranged from -21.34‰ to -20.37‰ and from -21.27‰ to -19.83‰,respectively,the maximal δ^15 N and δ^13 C in muscle,followed by gill and liver.The maximal diet contribution proportion(42.4%) was observed in frozen trash fish Ammodytes personatus,followed by Enedrias fangi(40.5%)and formulated feed(17.1%)in one-year-old fish.However,the maximal dietary contribution proportion was found in frozen trash fish Engraulis japonicus(41.0%),followed by Ammodytes personatus(30.6%),Enedrias fangi(17.5%)and manufactured feed(10.9%) in two-year-old fish.AAS and CS revealed that the two-year-old turbot had higher protein nutritional value than one-year-old counterpart.The findings could be beneficial in making the feeding strategy for turbot aquaculture.
