摘  要:为研究亚东鲑幼鱼的补偿生长,采用循环水系统设备,将平均体质量(5.48±0.46)g的幼鱼放在长方形平列槽中,保持溶解氧6.5~8.5mg/L,水温14~16℃,通过饥饿0(对照组)、7、14、21d和28d处理,随后分别恢复投喂49、42、35、28d和21d,每个处理组100尾幼鱼,并设置3个平行。试验结果表明,饥饿7、14、21d组的平均体质量生长率和体长增长率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),饥饿28d组出现负增长;肝体指数随着饥饿时间加长依次增大,但饥饿7、14d组与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);肥满度依次减小,饥饿7、14、21d组与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);饥饿7、14d组的特定生长率显著高于对照组和饥饿21、28d组(P<0.05),摄食率和食物转化率14、21d组显著高于对照组和饥饿21、28d组(P<0.05)。由此可知,亚东鲑幼鱼属于部分补偿生长和不能补偿生长两种补偿生长类型,可能是代谢滞后假说和食欲增强假说共同作用的结果。Juvenile brown trout Salmo trutta with body weight of(5.48±0.46)g was fasted in a rectangular groove for,0(as control),7,14,21 dand 28 d,and then fed for 49,42,35,28 d and 21 d at with triplication at dissolved oxygen levels of 6.5—8.5 mg/L,and water temperature of 14—16℃ to study the compendatory growth.The results showed that average body weight growth rate and body length growth rate were significantly lower at 7,14 dand 21 dthan those at 0 d(P〈0.05).The hepato-somatic index was found to be increased with the starvation time,without significant difference between 7 dand 14 d(P〈0.05).The condition factor was decreased in turn,without significant difference between 7,14 dand 21 d(P〈0.05).The specific growth rate was significantly higher at 7 dand 14 dthan that at 0 d,21 dand 28 d(P〈0.05),and food intake and food conversion efficiency was significantly higher at 14 dand 21 d than those at 0 d,7 dand 28 d(P〈0.05).Therefore,brown trout is of fish with two compensation growth type,partial compensatory growth and no compensatory growth,this may be the result of combination of a metabolic lag and an appetite enhancement.
