摘  要:为揭示紫外线(uV)照射对角类肥蛛Larinioidescornuta包囊反应的影响,将角类肥蛛于20瓦uv灯下,距离50cm处照射2h,然后在正常条件下继续饲养。在uv照射处理后2h、6h、24h、3d、5d和8d时测定总血细胞数量和包囊指数的变化。结果表明:uV处理2h后,角类肥蛛总血细胞数量的平均值为6.17×10^6个/mL,与对照相比略有减少但差异并不显著。uv照射后,正常饲养6h,24h,3d,5d和8d时总血细胞数量显著减少p〈0.05);uv处理后2h,5h,24h,3d和5d时包囊指数与对照相比显著降低(p〈0.05),8d时的包囊指数为42.3%,低于对照,但差异并不显著。uv照射显著减少角类肥蛛总血细胞的数量,在早期能显著抑制角类肥蛛的包囊作用。In order to reveal UV-induced encapsulation ofLarinioides cornuta, spiders were irradiated 2 h of the UV lamp of 20 watts, at a distance of 50 cm, and then continued to feed under normal conditions. THC and encapsulation index were measured and compared to those parameters measured in untreated spiders at 2 h, 6 h, 24 h, 3 d, 5 d and 8 d after UV irradiation. Results indicated that there were significant differences in THC and encapsulation index at 6 h, 24 h, 3 h, 5 d (p 〈 0.05). However, the mean value of hemocytes in 2 h was 6.17×106 / mL, slightly less than the control, but the difference was not significant. The mean value of the encapsulation index in 8d was 42.3%, which was not significant compared with the control. UV irradiation can significantly reduce THC, and can significantly inhibit the encapsulation of spiders in the early days.
