摘  要:根据非均匀成核理论,以Al_2(SO_4)_3为铝源、氨水为沉淀剂、草酸铵为络合剂,用湿法沉淀法在Ni_(0.6)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)(OH)_2颗粒表面形成一层包覆膜。草酸铵的加入,能改善Al(OH)_3易团聚、包覆颗粒之间易粘连的缺点,降低包覆对材料振实密度和粒度的影响。当草酸铵与硫酸铝物质的量比为3∶1时,可形成均匀致密的包覆层。当Al含量为1%时,形成壳状包覆结构;Al含量为0.5%和0.3%时,分别形成网状和点状包覆结构。Using A12 ( 504 ) 3 as aluminum source, ammonia as precipitant and ammonium oxalate as chelating agent, a coating layer was formed on the surface of Ni0.6 Coo.2 Mn0.2 (OH)2 particles by wet-way precipitation method, according to the theory of heterogeneous nucleation. The agglomeration of AI(OH) 3 and the adhesion between coated particles were improved, the influence of coating on the tap density and particle sizes of the material was reduced. The uniform and dense coating layer was formed when the mole ratio of ammonium oxalate and A12 ( SO4 ) 3 was 3 : 1. The shell like structure was formed when the content of A1 was 1%. The network structure and the dot coating structure were formed when the content of A1 were 0. 5% and 0. 3%.
