摘　　要：电力工业的健康稳定运行是我国经济进一步发展的重要保障。随着电力行业市场化改革的不断深入,电力期货市场的建立变得愈加紧迫。本文介绍了英国、澳大利亚、北欧和美国等国家和地区的电力期货市场,以及引入电力期货的原因和过程,并进一步分析了发展电力期货取得的成效,以及国外经验对于中国的启示。The healthy and stable operation of the power industry is an important guarantee for the further development of China＇s economy. With the deepening of the market reform in the electric power industry, the establishment of the electric power futures market has become more and more urgent. This paper introduces the power futures market of England, Australia, Nordic Europe and the United States, and the reasons and process of introducing electric power futures market. Then we further analyze the achievements of electric power futures market,as well as the inspiration to China.
