低温消融治疗舌扁桃体肥大的护理观察

摘　　要：目的探讨低温消融治疗舌扁桃体肥大患者护理的临床效果。方法取自2015年2月至2016年2月大连市中心医院耳鼻喉科收治的舌扁桃体肥大患者60例,随机分为对照组30例,采用传统微波治疗及常规护理方案,试验组30例,应用低温消融治疗配合优质护理方案,观察两组患者的FACT生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论低温消融治疗联合优质护理可以提高舌扁桃体肥大患者的生活质量及护理满意度。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low temperature ablation in the treatment of patients with hypertrophic tongue hypertrophy.Methods From February 2015 to February 2016 in Dalian central hospital were admitted to Department of ENT tongue tonsil hypertrophy patients 60 cases,randomly divided into control group 30 cases,using the traditional microwave therapy and conventional care,the experimental group of 30 patients,application of low temperature ablation with high-quality nursing program,observe the FACT quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients.Results The experimental group was better than the control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Low-temperature ablation combined with high-quality nursing can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with tongue tonsil hypertrophy.
