复方米非司酮与米索前列醇联合终止8～14周宫内妊娠的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方米非司酮与米索前列醇相配伍终止8~14周宫内妊娠的临床效果。方法将110例8~14周的宫内妊娠妇女,随机分为复方组和单方组。观察两组患者流产效果以及在流产过程中的妊娠物排出时间、阴道出血量等。结果复方组与单方组24 h内流产成功率分别为92.72%、89.09%。差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。两组胚胎或胎儿排出的时间复方组少于对照组,差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。出血量研究组与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论复方米非司酮配伍米索前列醇能安全有效地终止8~14周宫内妊娠,效果好且用药简便,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in termination of intrauterine pregnancy for 8-14 weeks.Methods 110 cases of 8-14 weeks of intrauterine pregnancy were randomly divided into compound group and unilateral group.Observe the effects of abortion in both groups and the time of pregnancy discharge,vaginal bleeding and so on during abortion.Results The success rate of the two groups was 92.72% and 89.09% respectively.The difference was not significant（P〉0.05）.There was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）.There was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The combination of mifepristone and misoprostol can safely and effectively terminate the intrauterine pregnancy for 8-14 weeks.The effect is good and the medication is simple and worthy of clinical promotion.
