探讨围手术期抗菌药物合理应用方案实施的可行性

摘　　要：目的分析围术期抗菌药物合理应用方案实施的可行性。方法选取我院普外科2015年11月至2016年5月的100例手术病例作为研究对象,实施科学用药方案监管,另选取2014年4月至2015年10月的100例手术病例作为研究对照。结果统计结果显示,两组患者在术前30 min^1 h用药比例、联合用药情况及平均用药时间上比较,观察组整体占优。结论实施科学用药方案,能够提升药物使用的合理性,临床意义显著。Objective To analyze perioperative antimicrobial reasonable application of the feasibility of the scheme.Methods Select department of general surgery in November of 2015~2016 in May of 100 surgical cases as the research object,the implementation of scientific and medical treatment plan regulation,another selection in April 2014 to October 2015 of 100 surgical cases as controls.Results The results showed that in the two groups of patients in the preoperative 30 min^（-1） hour drug proportion,combination of relatively,and the average duration of observation group overall advantage.Conclusion The implementation of scientific and medical treatment scheme,to enhance the rationality of drug use,significant clinical significance.
