孟鲁司特联合多索茶碱治疗老年支气管哮喘的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析探讨老年支气管患者给予孟鲁司特联合多索茶碱进行治疗的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2015年8月至2016年5月收治入院的老年支气管患者58例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组患者各29例,对照组给予多索茶碱治疗,观察组在此基础上联合孟鲁司特进行治疗,分析对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果两组患者在经过各自治疗后,观察组显效20例,总有效率为93.0%。对照组显效15例,总有效率为72.3%,两组患者治疗效果对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论老年支气管患者给予孟鲁司特联合多索茶碱进行治疗的临床治疗效果显著,安全性较好,适合在临床上广泛的推广和应用。Objective To explore the Elderly Bronchial patients treated with montelukast combined with doxofylline injection for treatment of senile bronchial.Methods 58 patients in our hospital from August 2015 to May 2016 admitted to hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of the 29 cases of patients,the control group was given doxofylline treatment.on the basis of the observation group and montelukast treatment,analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Results The patients in the two groups after the treatment,the observation group of 20 people,the total effective rate was 93.0%.in control group 15 markedly effective,the total effective rate was 72.3%,the two groups have significant difference compared（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The Elderly Bronchial patients treated with montelukast combined with doxofylline for treatment significantly,better safety,suitable for extensive promotion and application in clinic.
