摘 要:通过构建农户农业生产投入产出指标体系,分别基于群组前沿面和共同前沿面下的DEA模型测算样本村农户的农业生产效率,试图从实证角度探讨分析西安市不同农业经营模式在发展特色农业上的效率差异。结果显示:龙头企业带动型、合作经济组织带动型经营模式的大多数农户都能在较高的技术水平下开展农业生产活动,而专业市场带动型和传统生产型农户的农业技术水平参差不齐且整体偏低;西安市农户整体生产效率偏低,存在较大的改进空间,龙头企业带动型是当前的技术水平下资源配置能力最佳的组织形式;纯技术效率的提高方式因不同经营模式而异,规模效率的提高需要推动农村土地流转机制创新,发展农业适度规模经营,或者加大农业生产投入力度。This study constructed the index system of agricultural input and output to measure efficiency on the basis of Data Envelopment Analysis( DEA) of group frontier and meta-frontier,in order to explore the differences in agricultural management mode dring the development of characteristic agriculture in Xi'an from the empirical perspective. The study showed that the farmer households characterized by leading business-oriented type and cooperation-oriented type carried out their agricultural production activities under a higher level of technology. However technology and the overall technology of the farmer households characterized by market-oriented type and traditional production type varied considerably and were at a low levels. The overall production efficiency in Xi'an was low and the improvement space is remarkable. Leading business-oriented type is the best form of resource allocation under the current technical level. The way to improve the efficiency of pure technology varies with different business models. The improvement of scale efficiency needs to promote the innovation of rural land transfer mechanism and develop appropriate scale management of agriculture,or increase the input of agricultural production.
