摘　　要："双一流"建设是我国高等教育事业发展新的里程碑,湖南农业大学紧紧抓住"双一流"建设的发展机遇,准确把握国家和地方"双一流"建设内涵,紧密对接国家创新驱动发展战略,按照国家和湖南省"双一流"建设要求,积极开展地方高校"双一流"建设路径探索的实践,坚持以特色一流为目标、立德树人为根本、学科建设为基础、服务需求为导向、全面深化改革为动力,通过实施领军人才、创新团队、学科专业、创新人才培养、科技创新能力提升、产学研平台建设六大工程,主动对接国家和省"双一流"建设;通过创建特色品牌,提升学校的社会认可度、知名度、美誉度、忠诚度、满意度和影响力,全面提升学校的综合实力。The construction of ＂Dual World Class＂is a newmilestone in the development of Chinese higher education cause.Hunan Agricultural University seizes the development opportunities of ＂Dual World Class＂construction,accurately grasps the connotation of the state and local construction of ＂Dual World Class ＂,tightly connects with the national innovation driven development strategy.To achieve the national and the provincial ＂Dual World Class＂construction requirements,we actively carry out the ＂Dual World Class＂construction exploration and practice in local colleges.We adhere to the first-class characteristics as the goal,take high moral values establishment and people cultivation as the fundament,make subject construction as the basic,service demand as the guide,deepen the reform as the power,by implementing leading talents,innovating team,professionalizing disciplines,innovating talents training,improving technological innovation,constructing science and technology innovation platform.By constructing these six projects,we are active docking national and provincial construction of ＂Dual World Class＂;creating featured brands,enhancing the social recognition,popularity,reputation,loyalty,satisfaction and influence,in order to improve the comprehensive strength of our university in all the aspects.
