摘　　要：大学生法治教育教学是非法律专业的基础课重要内容。为实现大学"立德树人"主要目标,以人的尊严为视角、以"规矩"为本位、以典型案例教学和自治教育为方法的大学生法治教育的路径研究,在世界观形成期间,树立法治观念、尊重法律权威、正确行使法律权利、自觉履行法律义务,夯实对大学生的法治教育功效。The teaching of lawbased education for college students is an important part of the basic course of non lawmajors.In order to realize the main goal of universities ＂moral education＂,research on the path of rule of laweducation for college students was conducted in the perspective of human dignity with taking the ＂rules＂as the standard,and with the typical method of case teaching and autonomous education.The efficacy of college students＇ rule of laweducation was reinforced by establishing the concept of rule of law,respecting the authority of the law,correctly exercising the legal rights,conscientiously fulfilling their legal obligations during the formation of the world view.
