大学公益性农技推广服务存在的问题与建议——以南京农业大学为例

摘　　要：大学开展公益性农技推广服务适应我国农业发展方式转变的新要求。以南京农业大学为例,研究大学开展公益性农技推广服务的情况,剖析大学公益性农技推广服务存在的主要问题:大学公益性农技推广项目设置不科学、服务对象不明确、工作路径需改进、大学内部人事管理机制有待完善等。提出健全相关制度、稳定经费支持、改善服务方式、加强大学农技推广服务队伍建设、完善大学教师农技推广服务工作考评激励机制等建议。Carrying out non-profit agricultural extension services of university is suitable to the newrequirements of China＇s agricultural development.Based on the survey of Nanjing Agricultral University,we found that there are some following problems： unscientific management for projects of university ＇s non-profit agricultural extension service,unclear service object,imperfect working path and internal management mechanism.Aiming at above problems,this paper puts forward that universities need legal support and policy guarantee,stable financial support,extension agent team building,scientific extension service working evaluation and incentive mechanism.
