摘  要:拔尖创新型卓越农林人才承担农业领域的科研与智力支撑,而与我国拔尖创新型卓越农林教育相适应的培养模式仍在探索与构建中。以探索拔尖创新型卓越农林人才的培养模式为主线,通过美国STEM工程创新人才培养的教育理念和培养模式与我国拔尖创新型卓越农林教育的对比,发现我国拔尖创新型卓越农林教育的课程设置缺乏宽厚的知识维度、教学方式缺乏创新思维的培养、培养机制中缺少非正式教育的外延学习。通过对相应的课程设置、教学方式和培养机制的改进,提出:"四大课程模块,柔性课程体系""开设研讨课程,创新科研训练""推行外延学习,拓展第二课堂""构建导师团队,贯通联合培养"的拔尖创新型卓越农林人才培养模式。The innovative talents in agriculture field undertake the agricultural scientific research and intellectual support,while the training mode for innovative talents education in agriculture field is still on the process of exploration and construction.In this paper,exploring training mode of agricultural innovative talents as the main line,through the educational idea and mode comparing the American STEMengineering innovative education with Chinese innovative talents of agriculture and forestry education,having discovered our innovative talents of agriculture and forestry education curriculum lack of a broad knowledge dimension,teaching methods lack of the innovative thinking cultivation,cultivation mechanism lack of informal education extension.So based on improvement for the curriculum,teaching methods and the cultivation mechanism,putting forward: "four course modules,flexible curriculum system","open seminar,innovative scientific research training","implementation of epitaxial study,develop the second classroom","build teacher team,well versed in joint training ",which are the training mode for the outstanding agriculture and forestry talents of the top-notch innovative type.
