新确诊非瓣膜性房颤患者CRP、Hcy及BNP水平变化的意义

摘　　要：目的观察新确诊非瓣膜性房颤患者血浆C反应蛋白(CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、B型脑钠肽(BNP)水平,探讨其与房颤的关系。方法选择住院及门诊的新确诊非瓣膜性房颤患者96例,其中阵发性房颤56例,持续性房颤40例,窦性心律50例(对照组),分别检测患者血清中CRP、Hcy、BNP水平,再应用超声心动图测定各组左心房内径(LAD),并对所有指标进行相关性分析。结果血清CRP、Hcy、BNP水平及LAD值,房颤组(包括持续性房颤组、阵发性房颤组)高于对照组,持续性房颤组高于阵发性房颤组(P<0.05);房颤患者中CRP、Hcy、BNP与LAD呈正相关性。结论 CRP、Hcy、BNP及LAD与房颤相关,并在房颤的发生及持续中起着重要作用。Objective To observe the changes of plasma C - reactive protein （CRP）, Homocysteine, Brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） in patients with newly diagnosed non - valvular atrial fibrillation in order to explore the correlation between atrial fibrillation and them. Methods 96 cases with newly diagnosed non - valvular atrial fibrillation were selected as experimental group which were divided into paroxysmal atrial fibrillation 56 and non - paroxysmal atrial fibrillation 40.50 cases with sinus rhythm were selected as control group. The levels of CRP,Hcy,BNP were detected in all groups. Color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic equipment was used to measure the left atrial diameter（LAD）. All the data were analysed. Results The levels of CRP,Hcy,BNP and LAD in atrial fibrillation group were higher than control group. Non - paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group was higher than paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; The levels of CRP,Hcy,BNP were positively correlated to LAD in patients with atrial fibrillation. Conclusion CRP, Hcy, BNP and LAD are correlated to atrial fibrillation and play an important role in occurrence and development of atrial fibrillation.
