摘　　要：原油开采过程中,随着压力的不断降低,原油中的溶解气不断分离出来。套管中的天然气不断积累,如果不进行恰当的处理不仅会造成环境污染还会引起一些生产事故的发生。针对套管气如何合理回收利用的问题,设计出了可拆装式油套连通器,根据单向阀及受力平衡原理,装置两端为快速接头,将出油管线和出气套管线连通,具有开关、单流和除杂的功能。该装置采用现场常用部件快速组装而成,当需要对套管气进行放空时,将套管内的气体引入到油管管线内,在放空套管气的同时,加速油管管线内流体的流动。可拆装式油套连通器拆卸方便,构造简单,具有较好的经济效益,是可以广泛应用于油田生产现场的一种新型套管气回收装置。In the process of crude oil mining, with the continuous reduction of pressure, the dissolved gas in crude oil is constantly sepa-rated, and it accumulates continuously in the casing. If the natural gas is not properly treated, it will not only cause environmental pollu-tion but also cause some production accidents. In order to recover the natural gas in the casing rationally, a removable tubing-casing pipe connector is designed. The two ends of the connector are fast joints, which are connected to the tubing valve and the casing vent valve respectively. The connector has the functions of switching, one-way valve and impurity removing. The device can be assembled with the commonly used components in the field. When the casing gas is emptied, the gas in the casing is introduced into the tubing line, and the flow of the fluid in the tubing is accelerated. The removable tubing-casing pipe connector has the advantages of easy disassem-bly and simple structure and good economic benefits. It is a new casing gas recovery device which can be widely applied to the oil field production site.
