摘 要:为解决生产现场上大量在用的曲柄平衡抽油机平衡性较差与能耗较高的问题,设计了挂接型弯配重,并给出了改造方法、弯配重大小、适用冲次,指出了游梁异相角对平衡特性的影响,明确了自锁可靠性验算公式。该技术能大幅削减减速器扭矩峰值,使部分平衡扭矩从减速器向游梁转移,现场应用后,取得了良好的节能效果,对指导曲柄平衡抽油机节能改造与平稳生产有较大价值。In order to solve the production site problems of poor balance and high energy consumption of crank balance pumping unit, a hanging-type bended counterweight is designed, and the transformation method, weight, suitable stroke frequency of the counterweight, and the formula for the calculation of its self-locking reliability are given. It is pointed out that the phase angle of beam is of a influence on the balance performance of the counterweight. The designed counterweight can greatly reduce the peak torque of the reducer, so that part of the balance torque is transferred from the reducer to the beam. The field application of the counterweight has achieved good energy saving effect, which is of great value for guiding the energy-saving transformation and smooth production of the crank balance pumping unit.
