摘 要:目的描述2012-2016年许昌市其它感染性腹泻病流行病学特征,为科学防控疾病提供依据。方法自《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》下载许昌市其它感染性腹泻病报告发病数据(按发病日期统计),进行统计处理和描述性分析,分析其流行病学特征。结果 2012-2016年许昌市共报告4 163例,年均发病率19.38/10万,无死亡病例。病例分布有明显的季节性,呈单峰分布,集中于10-11月份;男女性别比为1.61:1;职业分布差异有统计学意义(χ~2=77.69,P<0.01),发病人群以3岁以下散居儿童为主(占77.18%),所占比例逐年升高;病例类型分布差异有统计学意义(χ~2=27.74,P<0.01),确诊病例数及比例逐年上升,以轮状病毒感染为主(占59.81%);病例报告单位差异有统计学意义(χ~2=95.44,P<0.01),主要由县级以上医院报告,占81.26%,且比例逐年上升。结论许昌市其它感染性腹泻病主要发生在冬季,由县级以上医院报告,实验室确诊病例中以轮状病毒感染为主,发病人群主要为3岁以下散居儿童,要提高乡镇卫生院病例诊断及报告能力,关注散居儿童日常卫生习惯,做好健康教育宣传。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of other infectious diarrhea disease in Xuchang from 2012 to 2016. Methods Analyzed the data of other infectious diarrhea disease in Xuchang by descriptive epidemiology method. Results From 2012 to 2016 there were 4163 cases of other infectious diarrhea disease in Xuchang, the annual average incidence rate was 19.38/100000. The peak in incidence varied from October to November. The male-to-female sex ratio was 1.61, About 77.18% of cases were younger than 3 years old, and there were statistically significant differences among occupations (X^2=-77.69,P〈0.01). The main pathogen was Rotavirus, and there were statistically significant differences of the pathological types (~2=27.74,P〈0.01), also between the report units (X^2=95.44,P〈0.01). Conclusion The main pathogen was Rotavirus of Other infectious diarrhea disease in Xuchang, the peak in incidence varied from October to November, and the main cases were younger than 3 years old, we should strengthen the health education for children health protection.
