摘　　要：新三板在多元化资本市场体系中扮演着重要角色。本文分析了新三板市场的运行现状,指出新三板市场必须通过再分精选层,配套差异化的制度供给和产业选择机制,才能既实现培育中小企业的"苗圃功能",又实现让挂牌企业生根成长的"土壤功能"。The new board plays an important role in a diversified capital market system. This article analyzes the operation status of the new three board market, and points out that the new board market achieve both "nursery the function" of S&MEs and the "soil function" to enable listed companies to take root in the growth only by featured redistribution layer,differentiated system supporting and selection mechanism.
