新型自组装席夫碱的合成、晶体结构及抑菌性能

摘　　要：以4-庚酰基吡唑啉酮和苯胺为原料合成了一种新型的化合物4-庚酰基吡唑啉酮缩苯胺席夫碱(HL)。用红外和热重分析对其进行了表征,并通过单晶X-射线衍射确定了其晶体结构。它属于斜方晶系,空间群Pbca,晶胞参数:a=0.997 0(4)nm、b=1.436 9(5)nm、c=2.848 5(10)nm和Z=8,S=1.029。结构分析表明,此化合物以二级酮亚胺形式存在。该化合物通过分子内氢键(N(3)-H(3A)…O(1))和分子间氢键C(15)-H(15)…O(1)形成三维超分子网络。由于这些氢键的存在,使其可以完成自组装,并且氢键的相互作用有助于化合物的稳定性。该席夫碱能在体外对人类一些病原菌菌株进行筛选并表现出高的抗菌活性。A new compound, 4- [ （ Z ） - （phenylimino） （heptyl） 1-3-methyl-1 -phenyl-1H-pyrazol - 5 （4H） -one（HL） has been synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, IR and thermogravi- metric analysis. The title compound crystallizes in a orthorhombic system, space group Pbca with cell parameters： a = 0.9970（4） nm, b = 1.4369（5） nm, c = 2. 8485（10） nm andZ=8, S=1.029. Structural analysis indicates that the compound exists in secondary ketoimine form. The molecules are well ordered through one intramolecular hydrogen bond （ N （ 3 ） -H （ 3 A）… O （ 1 ） ） and one interinolecular C（ 15）-H （15）…O （1）, leading of the formation of dimensional stacking. Because of the presence of these hydrogen bonds, the reactants can complete the installation, and the interactions of hydrogen bonds contribute to the stabilization of the compound. The compound was screened in vitro against some strains of the human pathogenic bacteria and exhibited higher antibacterial activity.
