摘　　要：胰高血糖素样肽-1是一种主要由肠道L细胞产生的肽类激素,具有促进胰岛素合成、抑制胰高血糖素分泌、保护β细胞等作用,在血糖调节等生理病理过程中扮演着重要角色,因此目前已成为抗糖尿病等药物研发的重要靶点。本文综述了胰高血糖素样肽-1的基本特性与生理学功能、影响胰高血糖素样肽-1分泌的主要因素以及相关药物的研发情况。Gtucagon-like peptide 1 （GLP-1） is a peptide hormone mainly produced by intestinal L cells. It promotes insulin synthesis, inhibits glucagon secretion, protects β cells, and plays important roles in blood glucose regulation and some other physiological and pathological processes. Therefore, GLP-1 has been regarded as an important target for the research and development of anti-diabetic drugs. In this paper, the basic characteristics and physiological functions of GLP-1, the main factors affecting the secretion of GLP-1 and the development of GLP-1 related drugs were systematically reviewed.
