摘 要:采用"混凝沉淀-UF-两级RO"中试装置处理高浓度染色废水,在连续运行的工况下,考察其整体净化及脱盐效果。研究结果表明,系统对COD、色度、浊度、铁的平均去除率分别达到94.0%、99.8%、99.5%、98.7%,最终淡水电导率平均值578μs/cm,脱盐率96.4%,均达到印染生产废水处理后回用标准的要求。The pilot experimental device of "Coagulation sedimentation -Uhrafiltration -Two steps RO" was used to study the treatment of dyeing wastewater with high concentration of salt. Under the condition of continuous operation, the overall treatment and desalination effect were investigated. The resulted show that the total removal of COD, chroma, turbidity, iron were respectively 94.0% , 99. 8%, 99. 5%, 98.7%. The average electroconductibility of fresh water was 578 μs/cm, and the desalination was 96. 4%. All met the requirements of the reuse standards for the printing and dyeing production wastewated freated.
