摘 要:乳化炸药复合油相材料生产废水含有大量的油类等有机物,COD极高、成分复杂、可生化性差。通过工程实例探讨运用"破乳+隔油+气浮"为主的分质预处理工艺,"两道UASB+A/O(PACT)"为主的生化工艺以及"芬顿+曝气生物滤池(BAF)"的深度处理工艺,对于乳化炸药复合油相材料生产废水处理的可行性。结果表明,该组合工艺处理效果良好,运行稳定可靠,满足当地化工园区接管要求。Emulsion explosive composite oil phase materials production wastewater contained a large amount of oil and other or- ganic substances, with the characteristics of high COD, complex composition and poor biodegradability. The wastewater treatment feasibility was discussed through a project case, adopted the demulsification + oil separation + air flotation pretreatment process, and UASB + A/O (PACT) biochemical process and Fenton oxidation + biological aerated filter (BAF) deep treatment process. The results showed that the combined process treatment effect was good, and its operation was stable and reliable, which could meet the requirements for the take - over of chemical industry park.
