综合医院医生心理幸福感的调查与分析

摘　　要：使用心理幸福感问卷开展调查以了解医生心理幸福感的现状及人口统计学因素上的差异。结果表明,医生心理幸福感总体中等偏上,不同层次医院医生在人格成长和利他行为上存在显著差异,不同职称的医生在心理幸福感或其各个维度上均存在显著差异,不同学历的医生在友好关系和健康关注上存在显著差异。基于研究结果可重点关注并提升类别较低的医院、学历较低、职称中等的医生的心理幸福感。Questionnaires were used to investigate the current status of medical workers' psychological well-being,and the difference on demographic factors of medical workers' psychological well-being was analized as well.The results showed that the psychological well-being of medical workers is above average level,and there are significant differences on following aspacts:on personality cultivation and altruistic behaviors between medical workers in different level hospitals;on psychological well-being and every dimension of psychological well-being between medical workers with different professional titles;and on friendly relationship maintaing and health concerns between medical workers with different educational backgrounds.It is concluded that the attention should be distributed to the psychological well-being imporvement of medical workers in lower level hospitals,with lower academic degree and with middle professional title.
