摘  要:瑞士应用科学大学办学宗旨、发展方向、管理模式对瑞士应用型人才培养起了重大的作用。其主要特征是政府指导监控,大学自主办学,采取三级组织二级管理体制的管理模式,并以特色发展提升教育质量和推进教育创新,满足社会发展需要,在瑞士高等教育中占有重要地位。其管理模式、人才培养等模式对推进我国高水平的地方应用型大学建设有着重要参照意义。The paper mainly discusses education mission, developing direction and management of uni- versities of applied science in Switzerland, which is vital for cultivating practical talents in this coun- try. Moreover, its main characteristics lie in its autonomous running of universities under the govern- mental monitoring, its organization at three levels and two - level management system. By means of the objective of characteristic development, universities try to enhance quality in education and sup- port its innovation to meet needs of society. Now this kind of system plays an important role in Swiss high education. Its school -running model and education quality management would share practical reference and guidance for construction of our application - oriented universities.
