摘 要:脑血管病严重危害着人类健康,而脑局部血流量的变化与脑血管病的发病及预后密切相关。大鼠模型能较好地模拟人类脑血管病的发生过程并作为其发病机制及诊治研究的基础,故该模型脑血流监测方法一直是神经病学研究的重点。目前常用的大鼠模型脑血流量监测技术有氢清除法、微球法、动脉自旋标记灌注磁共振成像技术、激光多普勒血流监测、激光散斑成像技术,这些测量方法的原理、操作方式、技术要求、应用范围、优缺点各有不同。论文对大鼠模型脑血流监测进行方法学展开讨论,为动物实验操作提供一定指导,也可为进一步完善现有技术和探索新的脑血流监测方法提供参考。Cerebrovascular disease seriously endangers human health, and brain blood flow changes and theprognosis of cerebrovascular disease are closely related. Rat model can better simulate the occurrence of hu-man cerebrovascular disease,and can be the basis of its pathogenesis and diagnosis and treatment. There-fore, the model of cerebral blood flow monitoring method has been the focus of neurological research. Atpresent, the commonly used rat model of cerebral blood flow monitoring techniques are hydrogen clearancemethod,microsphere method,arterial spin labeling perfusion magnetic resonance imaging techniques, laserdoppler flowmetry,laser speckle imaging technique, the principles of these measurement methods,operationmode,technical requirements,application scope,advantages and disadvantages are not the same. The meth-od of brain blood flow monitoring in rats was discussed in this paper, which has certain experimental guid-ance value and also provides a reference for further improving the existing technology and creating new cer-ebral blood flow monitoring methods.
