26味中药对狐源致病性大肠埃希菌地方株体外抑菌试验

摘　　要：为了研究五味子等26味中药对狐源致病性大肠埃希菌(Escherichia coli)HL2(O1)地方流行株的体外抑菌活性,采用水提法制备了单味中草药药液,浓缩为生药含量为1g/mL,利用平板打孔法和微量二倍稀释法分别测定26味中药对狐源致病性E.coli HL2(O1)的抑菌圈直径和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果显示,五味子、诃子对狐源致病性E.coli呈极度敏感,抑菌圈直径在21.3mm^20.3mm之间,MBC均为7.825mg/mL;金银花、黄连、苦参3味药物高度敏感,抑菌圈直径在16.4 mm^19.3 mm之间,MBC在15.65mg/mL^31.25mg/mL;板蓝根、黄芩、五倍子等10味药物中度敏感,抑菌圈直径在11.3mm^14.2mm之间,MBC在62.5mg/mL^250mg/mL;连翘、地丁、白头翁、穿心莲4味药物为低度敏感;其余药物无明显的效果。筛选出了五味子、诃子、黄连、金银花、苦参5味对狐源致病性E.coli HL2(O1)地方株敏感的中药,可为狐源致病性E.coli的防治提供基础。In order to study antibacterial effects of 26 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines on the local patho-genic strain of E. coli HL2 （O1） in vitro ,Chinese medicine solutions were prepared by water extracting,and the concentration of the solution was diluted to 1 g/mL. The diameter of inhibition zone was measuredby the agar diffusion plate method. The minimum bactericidal concentration （MBC） was determined bymodified trace dilution method and plate method. The results showed the local strain of pathogenic Esche-richia coli was extremely sensitive to 2 kinds of Chinese medicines,such as Schisandra chinensis and Ter-minalia chebula ,and the diameter of the inhibition zone was between 21.3 mm and 20.3 ram. The MBC of2 kinds of Chinese medicines was 7. 825 mg/mL;The local strain of pathogenic Escherichia coli was highlysensitive to 3 kinds of Chinese medicines,such as Coptis chinensis and Sophora flavescens ,and the diame-ter of the inhibition zone was between 16.4 mm and 19.3 ram,and MBC of 3 kinds of Chinese medicineswas 15.65 mg/mL-31.25 mg/mL,and the 10 kinds of drugs were medium sensitive such as Radix isatidis,Scutellariae baicalensis and Rhus chinensis ,and the diameter of the inhibition zone was between 11.3 mmand 14.2 ram,the MBC of Chinese medicines was 62.5 mg/mL 250 mg/mL;The 4 kinds of Chinese medi-cines had the low sensitivity;The remaining drugs had no significant effect. In conclusion, 5 kinds of Chi-nese medicines had good antibacterial effects on the local strain of pathogenic E. coli and it provided a theo-retical basis on prevention and control of the local strains of pathogenic E. coli by Chinese medicines.
