摘　　要：改造30万t/a离子膜复极式电解槽的机封冷却水上水和回水,加装球阀、水槽、管道泵和板式换热器,并将各机泵的回水管配至机封水箱。改造后,可循环利用电解槽机封水,减少脱盐水的使用量,达到降本增效的目的。Water supply and water return of machine seal cooling water for 300 thousand t/a ionexchange membrane bipolar electrolyzers were reformed. A ball valve, a flume, a pipeline pump, and a plate heat exchanger was added, and the water return pipes of all pumps were connected to a seal water tank. After the reforms were made, the water can be cyclic utilized, and the consumption of desalted water reduced, thus achieving the purpose of reducing cost and increasing profit.
