摘　　要：烧碱生产过程中存在诸多易燃、易爆、有害有毒、易腐蚀、高温高压等特点,检维修过程中易发生安全事故,这就要求在检修作业中各项安全措施必须全面、可靠。介绍化工装置现场维修作业安全管理步骤和主要内容,并给出其他安全措施,确保化工装置现场维修作业的安全工作。The characteristics of caustic soda production were combustible, explosive, poisonous, harmful, easy-corrosive, and high temperature and pressure, etc. Therefore, safety accidents occurred easily. All of safety precaution must be comprehensive and reliable during maintenance operation. The procedure and main content of safety management of chemical installations were introduced. Other safety preventions were also given in order to ensure safety during field maintenance of chemical installations.
