摘 要:麻栎(Quercus acutissima)和栓皮栎(Q.variabilis)是我国重要的森林树种,为了进一步揭示栎类叶脉结构对于环境变化的适应,利用叶脉序信息转换软件LEAF GUI对中国北方自然分布的麻栎和栓皮栎的叶脉序进行量化分析,并与环境因子进行比较。结果表明,麻栎叶面积、叶周长和叶脉间距离与年平均温度呈正相关,网眼数、节点数和叶脉密度与年平均降水量呈负相关;栓皮栎叶面积、叶周长和叶脉间距离与年平均温度呈正相关性,网眼面积与年平均降水量呈正相关性,网眼数、环形结构、节点数和叶脉密度与年平均降水量呈负相关性。Quercus acutissima and Q. variabilis are two important forest species in China. In this study,to better understand the correlation between vein structure and environmental adaptability, software LEAF GUI was used to investigate the venation in Quercus species distributed naturally in Northern China. The results showed that in both Quercus species,leaf area,leaf perimeter and vein distance were positively cor- related with the mean annual temperature. The number of areoles, the number of nodes and the vein density showed negative correlation with mean annual precipitation in both Quercus species. It was also found that the areoles area was positively correlated with mean annual precipitation, while loop structure was inversely correlated with mean annual precipitation in Q. variabilis.
