摘 要:根系生长是树种特性与土壤环境因子共同作用的结果,根系研究可为困难立地树种适应性评估提供科学依据。以山东省药乡林场麻栎和刺槐混交林为对象,研究了2种树种在石质山地浅层细根的生物量、细根形态及其与土壤养分的相关性,以期揭示华北石质山地2种树种细根生长特征及其环境适宜性。结果表明:1)在根径0~0.5cm范围内,麻栎的根系生物量显著高于刺槐。麻栎根系生物量与土壤有机质含量呈显著正相关(r=0.914);2)在根径0~0.5cm范围内,刺槐的根系数量显著高于麻栎,而根长、根表面积显著小于麻栎。刺槐根表面积与有机质呈显著负相关(r=-0.809);3)刺槐非根际土壤全N含量、有机质含量显著>麻栎。相关性分析表明,刺槐根系生物量、根系形态与土壤养分相关关系不显著,说明土壤养分并不是刺槐根系生长的主要限制因素,而麻栎细根生长发育与土壤养分呈显著相关。根据2种树种浅层细根特征,在华北土石山地造林过程中,可考虑其根系生长策略的不同而采用树种混交,从而弥补2种树种对不同限制性因子的缺陷,实现较高的造林成活率和植被保存率。Root growth is affected by both species genetic characteristics and soil environmental factors. Root research can provide a scientific assessment for tree species adaptability in stress habitats. This study focused on the fine root biomass,root morphology of Quercus acutissima and Robinia pseudoacacia occur- ring in the rocky mountainous areas (Yaoxiang Forest Farm) of Shandong Province. The objective was to reveal the relationship between fine root growth and soil nutrient conditions in low layer soils of rocky mountains and their adaptability to environments. The results showed that 1) the root biomass of Q. acutis- sima was significantly higher than that of R. pseudoacacia within 0--0.5 cm root diameter. There existed a significant positive correlation between root biomass and soil organic matter content (r=0. 914). 2) Within 0-- 0.5 cm root diameter, the root tips of R. pseudoacacia were significantly more than those of Q. acutissi- rna,while its root length and root surface area were significantly lower than those of Q. acutissima. The root surface area of R. pseudoacacia was negatively correlated with soil organic matter (r=- 0. 809). 3) The contents of total nitrogen and organic matter in bulk soils of R. pseudoacacia were significantly higher than those of Q. acutissima. The correlation analysis showed that root biomass, root morphology of R. pseudoacacia were not significantly correlated to soil nutrients,which indicated that soil nutrients were not the main factor limiting root growth of R. pseudoacacia. Whereas, the fine root growth of Q. acutissima was significantly correlated with soil nutrients. According to the fine root characteristics of the two woody species ,it was concluded that mixed forests of two tree species were appropriate in the rocky mountains during afforestation in Northern China, in order to make up the defects of the two species and achieve high- er survival rate and conservation rates of afforestation.
