摘  要:目的:探讨参杞强精胶囊对弱精症大鼠能量代谢及Fas、Fas L蛋白表达的影响。方法:将40只SD健康雄性大鼠分为正常组、模型组、参杞强精胶囊组和生精胶囊组,采用奥硝唑(ORN)灌胃诱导形成大鼠生精功能障碍模型。参杞强精胶囊组予参杞强精胶囊灌胃,生精胶囊组予生精胶囊灌胃,正常组予生理盐水灌胃,连续给药4周。检测大鼠附睾组织α-葡萄糖苷酶(α-glucosidase)、果糖(Fructose)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及丙二醛(MDA)的浓度,免疫组织化学法检测Fas、Fas L蛋白在大鼠睾丸实质组织中的表达。结果:模型组α-glucosidase、Fructose、LDH浓度明显低于正常组(P<0.05),MDA浓度明显高于正常组(P<0.05);参杞强精胶囊组、生精胶囊组α-glucosidase、Fructose及LDH浓度明显高于模型组,MDA浓度明显低于模型组(P<0.05);正常组、参杞强精胶囊组和生精胶囊组睾丸Fas、Fas L蛋白表达明显低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:参杞强精胶囊可改善弱精症大鼠能量代谢,抑制Fas、Fas L蛋白表达;改善能量代谢和凋亡蛋白表达可能是参杞强精胶囊治疗弱精症的主要机制。Objective: To explore the effects of Shenqi Qiangjing Capsule (参杞强精胶囊, SQQJC) on energy metabolism and Fas, FasL protein expression in asthenospermia rats. Methods: 40 healthy male SD rats were assigned into the normal group, the model group, the SQQjC group and the Shengjing capsule(生精胶囊) group. Model of spermatogenesis dysfunction rat was induced by ornidazole (ORN) at the dose of 800 mg/(kg·d). Tbe SQQJC group was givrn ORN+SQQJC, the Shengjing capsule group was given ORN+Shengjing capsule, the normal group was given normal saline for 4 weeks. Then detected the concentrations of α-glucosidase, fructose, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and malonaldehyde (MDA) in rats' epididymis, and detected the expression of Fas and FasL protein by the method of immunohistochemistry in rats' testis. Results: Compared with the normal group, the concentrations of α-glucosidase, fructose, LDH were prominently decreased in the model group, however, the concentration of MDA was prominently increased. Compared with the model group, the concentrations of α-glucosidase, fructose, LDH were prominently increased in the SQQJC group and the Shengjing capsule group, however, the concentration of MDA was prominently decreased. Compared with the model group, the norreal group, SQQJC group and the Shengjing capsule group were prominently decreased on the expression of Fas and FasL protein. Conclusions: SQQJC can improve energy metabolism in asthenospermia rats and inhibit the expression of Fas and FasL protein. Improving energy metabolism and inhibition of apoptosis protein expression were probably to be the mechanisms of Shenqi Qiangjing capsule in the treatment of asthenospermia.
