摘　　要：目的:建立壮药红背娘的质量标准。方法:对红背娘药材的性状、显微鉴别、薄层鉴别、水分和总灰分检查、浸出物和没食子酸的含量测定等进行研究。结果:各鉴别方法专属性强;拟定了水分、总灰分和浸出物的合理限度;没食子酸在0.039~0.469μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999,n=7),平均回收率为96.85%,RSD%为1.15%(n=6)。结论:该研究拟定的质量标准操作简便、准确可靠、重现性好,可用于红背娘药材质量控制。Objective： To establish a quality standard of Zhuang medicine Hongbeiniang. Methods： The tests of macroscopical and microscopic and TLC identification, the water and total ash inspections, water-soluble extractives and the content of gallic acid of Hongbeiniang were carried out. Results： The macroscopical identification and microscopic and TLC identification had strong specificity. The reasonable limits of the water and total ash and water-soluble extractives were studied out. In HPLC, gallic acid in the range of 0.039-0.469μg showed good linear relationship （r=0.9999, n=7）, the average recovery rate was 96.85% and RSD% was 1.15% （n=6）. Conclusion： The established methods are simple, accurate and reproducible and can be used to control the quality of Hongbeiniang.
