摘 要:为了研究植物提取物"泌乳"对哺乳母猪生产性能的影响,试验选取40头健康状况良好、胎次相近的长×大二元母猪随机分为4组,每个组10个重复,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮的基础上分别添加50、100、150mg/kg的"泌乳"。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组的平均日增重(ADG)分别提高了3.66%(P>0.05)、12.28%(P<0.01)、10.91%(P<0.05);仔猪的腹泻率分别降低了58.89%(P<0.01)、64.72%(P<0.01)、55.97%(P<0.01);母猪乳蛋白分别提高了6.66%(P<0.05)、8.13%(P<0.05)、8.96%(P<0.05);乳脂肪分别提高了3.77%(P>0.05)、7.20%(P<0.05)、5.66%(P<0.05);乳糖分别提高了5.10%(P<0.05)、23.35%(P<0.05)、16.4%(P<0.05);哺乳母猪血清中IgA分别提高6.17%(P>0.05)、51.9%(P<0.01)、19.8%(P<0.01);IgM分别提高32.6%(P<0.01)、28.3%(P<0.01)、39.13%(P<0.01);IgG分别提高0.85%(P>0.05)、10.0%(P<0.01)、1.87%(P>0.05);对母猪便秘情况以及GH、IgG的水平无显著影响。研究提示,植物提取物"泌乳"提高母猪的泌乳量、乳中免疫球蛋白的含量、改善便秘情况,从而增强哺乳仔猪的免疫力、降低腹泻率、增加仔猪断奶重。The trial was conducted to investigate the effects of plant extract "Milk" on sow's production performance. 40 healthy pregnant sows with close parities were randomly assigned to 4 groups (control, experimental group I, experimental group II, experimental group III), each group 10 repetition. Control group was fed basic diet and the experimental groups different doses of plant extract "Milk" (BD+50, 100, 150 mg/kg respectively). The results showed that compared with the control, experimental group I, II, III had higher ADG which increased by 3. 66%(P〈0. 05), 12.28%(P〈0.01), and 10.91%(P 〈 0.05)respectively, the diarrhea rate of piglets from the three groups decreased by 58. 89% (P〈0.01), 64.72%(P〈0. 01)and 55. 97%(P〈0. 01)respectively~ milk protein improved by 6. 66%(P〈0. 05), 8.13 % (P〈0.05) and 8.96%(P〈0.05), milk-fat by 3.77% (P〈0.05), 7.2% (P〈0.05)and 5.66%(P 〈0.05), lactose by 5. 1% (PG0.05), 23.35% (P〈0.05)and 16.4% (P〈0.05)respectively the IgA, IgM, T4 and PRL levels in sow's blood serum all remarkably increased, among which IgA increased by 6.17%(P〉0.05), 51.9%(P〈0.01)and 19.8%(P〈0.01), IgM by 1.57%, 5.5%(P〈0.05)and 7.1% (P〈0.05), T4 by1.57%, 5.5 % (P〈0.05)and 7. 1%(P〈0.05), PRL by 5.29% (P〉0.05), 45.6 % (P 〈0.05) and 25.2%(P〈0.05). It also improves the level of IgG, GH and the issue of constipation, but with trivial effect. These results reveal that plant extract "Milk" in sow's diet can improve sow's milk yield, immune globulin content in milk and constipation, it also can enhance piglet's immunity and weight at weaning, and reduce piglet's diarrhea rate.
