摘 要:基于"以废治污"科学理念,本文以废弃油页岩干馏灰渣为原料,采用碱熔融-水热法得到油页岩灰渣与NaP沸石复合物,经CaCl_2改性处理后作为吸附剂。实验表明,制备的吸附剂对沼液中的氮磷有良好的回收效果,对NH_3-N、磷的回收率分别达到45.7%~82.6%、65.3%~85.6%。对沼液中的NH_3-N、磷的回收分别在初始8h和2h内,吸附效果随吸附剂的添加量的增加而增加。吸附剂对沼液中NH_3-N、磷的去除回收机理分别是离子交换作用与沉淀作用。Based on the scientific concept of waste pollution control, waste oil shale retorting ash as raw ma- terial was used to obtain oil shale ash and NaP zeolite composite byusing alkali fusion and hydrothermal method, which was modified by CaCl2 as adsorbent in this paper. The experimental results showed that the adsorbent had good recovery effect on nitrogen and phosphorus in biogas slurry, and the recovery rate of. NH3-N and phosphorus reached 45.7%-82.6% and 65.3%-85.6% respectively. The recovery of NH3-N and phosphorus in biogas slurry was in the initial 8h and 2h respectively, and the adsorption effect increased with the increase of adsorbent dosage. The mechanisms of removal and recovery of NH3-N and phosphorus from biogas slurry are ion exchange and pre- cipitation respectively.
