摘 要:本文采用6:1的氮氢混气模拟氟化氘(DF)化学激光器尾气,探索了低温吸附技术用于DF化学激光器尾气处理的可行性,并成功应用于某型DF化学激光器,实现激光器稳定运行50s。低温吸附技术方案具有体积小,重量轻,安全可靠性高、工程性好、运行成本低、无振动噪声等特点,是DF化学激光器尾气处理的新途径。The feasibility of exhaust gas of DF chemical laser treated by cryosorption was verified. Exhaust gas of DF chemical laser was simulated by the mixed the gas with the nitrogen and hydrogen at the rate of 6:1.DF chemical laser which was stable operated for 50s was successfully applied by cryosorption.The cryosorption tech- niques have a lot of advantages,such as small size,light weight,high safety,good engineering performance, low cost, no vibration and no noise. It is a new way of exhaust gas treatment of DF chemical laser.
