摘　　要：亚里士多德实践哲学将人类知识区分为实践智慧、科学理论与实践技艺。AIDA以培养交际者实践智慧为要旨，基于扎根实践理论，围绕现实交际中的问题提出一套完整的话语分析框架。本文从其理论渊源、学科营养、问题意识与分析目标、方法论与语料收集程序以及修辞一规范立场5个方面系统介绍这一研究框架。文章认为，关注交往实践的问题意识、语料收集的全面性与深度化、分析步骤的逻辑性以及培养交际者实践智慧的行动意识将为我国语用学与话语研究带来新启示。Aristortle distinguished three forms of knowledge, namely, phronesis, episteme and teche. Action-implicative Discourse Analysis（AIDA）, with a goal of training communicators＇ phronesis, framed under Ground Practical Theory （GPT）, proposes a new model of discourse analysis. This paper provides a systematic introduction from its theoretical origin, disciplinary parents, focal units and analytic aim, methodology and data collection procedure and rhetorical-normative stance. It is argued that AIDA potentially sheds light on pragmatic studies and discourse analysis in China, with regard to its emphases on communication problems, its endorsement of practical wisdom （phronesis）, and its methodological vigor in collecting and analyzing data.
