摘　　要：由于涤纶篷盖布厚重、紧密,吸湿性差,在印花前浸轧5 g/L亲水剂,既可保证印花墨水的渗透性,又能保证花型图案轮廓的清晰度。使用不同波长的紫外光对涤纶军用篷盖布进行激光预处理,可使纤维表面产生沟槽,从而提高篷盖布对涂料墨水的吸附和色牢度。In view of heaviness, tightness and poor moisture absorption of polyester tent cloth, paddtng with 5 g/L hydrophilic agent before digital printing can improve the permeability of printing ink and en- sure the clarity of the pattern outline, Laser pretreatment of polyester military tent cloth with different wavelengths can produce grooves on the surface of fibers, and thus improve the absorption and color fastness of pigment ink printing of polyester tent cloth.
