摘 要:毛织物采用"轧-烘-焙"工艺进行纳米聚氨酯抗皱整理,探讨了纳米聚氨酯质量浓度、带液率、焙烘温度和时间对毛织物抗皱性能和颜色的影响。正交试验结果表明,在纳米聚氨酯质量浓度30 g/L,带液率70%,焙烘温度160℃和焙烘时间60 s的工艺条件下,毛织物的抗皱性能可达5级,色差△E<0.4。在显著水平α=0.01条件下,纳米聚氨酯质量浓度对毛织物抗皱性能影响显著,而带液率的影响不显著。Nano polyurethane (NANO-PU) is attached to wool fabric by using the finishing process of "padding-drying-curing". The effects of NANO-PU mass concentration, liquor pick-up, curing tempera- ture and time on the anti-crease property and color of the fabric are discussed. The results of orthogonal test show that the wool fabric features Grade 5 of anti-crease property, and lower than 0.4 of AE under the conditions of NANO-PU 30 g/L, liquor pick-up 70 %, curing at 160 ℃ for 60 s. Under the condition of significant level a=0.01, the NANO-PU concentration has a significant effect on the anti-crease property of wool fabric, but liquor pick-up has no significant effect on anti-crease property of wool fabric.
