三维扫描喀什地区维吾尔族青少年牙列指数分析

摘　　要：目的三维扫描新疆喀什地区维吾尔族青少年个别正常牙合青少年模型,三维测量Bolton指数及Pont指数,并建立该地区青少年三维牙牙合数据库。方法选取个别正常牙合模型191副(男72副,女119副),使用国产朗口呈dl-100口内扫描仪获取三维数字化模型,GEOMAGIC三维逆向工程处理软件测量牙冠宽度、牙弓宽度,并对结果分析。结果男女间Bolton指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),男女性Pont前磨牙指数无统计学差异(P>0.05),Pont磨牙指数有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论牙列指数存在种族、地区、性别等方面的差异,在临床应用当中应该参照本地区的标准。Objective To three dimensionally scan the models of teenagers with normal teeth in XinJiang kashgar area, to three di- mensionally measure Bolton and Pont indexes, and to establish the three-dimensional database of teenagers in this region. Methods 191 normal tooth models （male 72, female 119） were selected. Three-dimensional digital model was obtained using the homemade Langcheng dl-100 internal scanner. Three-dimensional reverse engineering software GEOMAGIC was used to measure tooth crown width, width of dental arch, and the results were analyzed. Results There was no statistical significance in Bolton index between men and women （P〉0.05）. There was no significant difference in Pont premolar index between male and female （P〉 0.05）. Pont molar in- dex was statistically different （P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Dentition indexes exist racial, regional, gender and other differences. The standard of this region should be referred to in the clinical application.
