摘  要:利用脉冲电镀方法在Q235钢表面制备Ni-Cr-Mn合金镀层。镀液组成及工艺条件为:NiSO_4·6H_2O 0.15mol/L,CrCl_3·6H_2O 0.25mol/L,MnSO_4·H_2O 0.5mol/L,柠檬酸钠0.35mol/L,NH_4Br 15g/L,NaCl 10g/L,尿素10g/L,硼酸15g/L,十二烷基硫酸钠0.1g/L,添加剂适量,pH值2.0~3.2,温度20~60℃,电流密度5~17A/dm^2,占空比20%,频率1 000Hz,时间30min。在温度40℃、pH值2.6、电流密度13A/dm^2的条件下,得到的Ni-Cr-Mn合金镀层的耐蚀性最好。与Ni-Cr合金镀层相比,Ni-Cr-Mn合金镀层的自腐蚀电位正移了0.07V,自腐蚀电流密度降低了约1个数量级,耐蚀性更优。Ni-Cr-Mn alloy coatings were prepared on the surface of Q235 steel by pulse electroplating. The bath composition and process conditions are as follows: NiSO4 ·6H2O 0.15 mol/L, CrCl3 · 6H2O 0. 25 mol/L, MnSO4 · H2O 0. 5 mol/L, sodium citrate 0. 35 mol/L, NH4Br 15 g/L, NaCl10 g/L, urea 10 g/L, H3BO3 15 g/L, sodium salt (SDS) 0. 1 g/L, appropriate amount of additives, pH value 2.0-3.2, temperature 20-60 ℃, current density 5- 17 A/dm2, duty cycle 20%, frequency 1 000 Hz, time 30 min. The Ni-Cr-Mn alloy coating obtained under the conditions of temperature 40 ℃, pH value 2.6 and current density 13 A/dm2 exhibited the best corrosion resistance. Compared to the Ni-Cr alloy coating, the corrosion resistance of Ni-Cr-Mn alloy coating was better, the self-corrosion potential was increased by 0.07 V and the self-corrosion current density was decreased by an order of magnitude.
