摘 要:研究了脱脂剂中平整液的体积分数对其脱脂效果及基板电镀效果的影响。基板脱脂和电镀后,采用极化曲线、交流阻抗、中性盐雾试验和附着力试验对其性能进行测试。结果表明:脱脂剂中平整液的体积分数在0%~5%之间,对脱脂效果影响不大;但随着平整液的体积分数的增大,脱脂效果相应减弱,镀锡板的耐蚀性、附着力下降,严重影响基板的电镀效果。The influence of the volume fraction of tempering lubricant in degreasing agent on the degreasing effect and the electroplating effect of the substrate was studied. After degreasing and electroplating, the properties of the substrate were tested by electrochemical polarization curves, alternating current impedance, neutral salt spray experiment and adhesion test. Results showed that there was little influence on degreasing effect when the volume fraction of tempering lubricant in degreasing agent was 0%~5%. However, with the increase of the volume fraction of tempering lubricant, the degreasing effect was weakened, and the corrosion resistance and adhesion force was decreased, which seriously affect the electroplating effect of the substrate.
