摘 要:采用电刷镀工艺对冲压模具用导柱进行修复,用镀镍层补偿导柱直杆因磨损造成的杆径缩减量。观察了修复后导柱直杆的宏观形貌和显微形貌,测试了修复后导柱直杆的表面硬度及耐磨性。结果表明:修复后导柱直杆表面平整光滑、均匀致密,表面硬度相对较高,耐磨性良好;镀镍层与基材结合牢固,其表面硬度约为4 753 MPa,是基材表面硬度的1.8倍;与基材相比,镀镍层的磨损量降低17.4%,平均摩擦因数降低14.3%。The guide pillar of stamping die was repaired by using electro-brush plating. Nickel coating was used to compensate the reduction of rod diameter caused by wear of guide pillar straight-bar. The macroscopic and microscopic morphology of the repaired guide pillar straight- bar was observed, and the surface hardness and wear resistance of the repaired guide pillar straight-bar were also tested. Results showed that the repaired guide pillar straight-bar has flat, homogeneous and dense surface, and high surface hardness and excellent wear resistance. Nickel coating combines firmly with the base material, its surface hardness was about 4 753 MPa, which was 1.8 limes of that of base material. Compared with base material, the wear loss and average friction coefficient of nickel coating were decreased by 17.4% and 14.3%, respectively.
