摘　　要：介绍了一种基于集散控制理论并针对于多台脉冲电镀电源的集散控制系统。控制软件与脉冲电镀电源控制器通过RS485总线协议进行数据通讯,采用一主多从的通讯协议实现对多台脉冲电镀电源的实时监控和输出控制。A distributed control system for multiple pulse electroplating power supply which was based on distributed control theory was designed. The data communication between control software and pulse electroplating power supply was conducted based on RS485 bus protocol, and the real-time monitoring and output control of multiple pulse electroplating power supply was realized based on a single master-multi slave communication protocol.
